My inspiration for this project was the cute washi roll with the days of the week. You could use it for your planner, Project Life or layouts, but I think it was perfect for this little project!
To make the Menu Planner you could use a whiteboard or, like I did, whiteboard vinyl. If you use vinyl you can attach it directly to your fridge, wall or windows. My kitchen has poor natural light so, for the sake of the tutorial, I attached it to a sheet of cardboard first.
Use the thin pink washi tape to make a frame on your whiteboard and mark where you want your divisions using the Supreme Ruler. My whiteboard was 17 inches long so my Supreme Ruler was very helpful!
Following your marks and make your divisions with the same pink washi tape.
Use thickers to make your title and align it with the Supreme Ruler.
Use the Washi Chomper to create banners with the days of the week. This tool is very easy to use and you can have perfectly trimmed washi tape with just one touch. It has an alignment tool and a removable base so you can easily get out small pieces that may remain attached to the base.
To create the banner simply fold the washi tape in half and insert it into your tool. You can easily cut through two layers of washi tape.
Hang the banner on the top of your Menu Planner.
Now your Menu Planner is ready, all you have to do is write the meals with a dry erase marker and you are done!
Washi Tape is great to decorate and the new We R Washi tape rolls come in a variety of colors that I am sure you are going to love!
If you are a washi lover this tool is going to be your stash’s best friend. Can you think of a cool project with the Washi Chomper?
Have a great week!
