ShotBox Tips With Jerodelle Trinidad

Hi Friends!

Today, I wanted to share with you a few tips to use with the ShotBox! It’s always exciting when you get a new “toy” to play with! The ShotBox has been a game changer for me and my pictures have improved so much because of this amazing tool!

For my project, I created a couple cards using the brand new Brave And Bold Collection by Amy Tangerine. I also used the amazing The Works All-In-One tool to create this project! I love it so much!

So here are a few tips I would like to share with you!

  1. Use different color backgrounds! ShotBox has a couple of background packs that you can utilize to match your projects. They come in solid colors and patterns
  2. Use card stock from the collection you are using. They will match your projects perfectly! It will also give you the option to have more backgrounds to play with in the future.

3. Use accessories and embellishments – For this I love to use washing tapes, die cuts, stickers, pens – anything that the collection has.

After you gather all your “props” play around with the placement to take the best photo you can take. Have fun with this part, it’s the best part!! I sometimes like to browse on Pinterest and see how others have taken photos of their projects and put my own spin on it!

I hope these tips have helped! Have fun!
