Hello We R fans! It’s Eva here today sharing some gift wrap inspiration with a bright and fun color combo.
I live in Chile and here Christmas is in the middle of Summer so I love to decorate my house and my holiday projects with bright colors. For this project I chose a Pink and Teal combo, I also added gold to give my gifts a Christmas feeling.
I started by making 2 boxes with my favorite punch boards: the Candy Punch Board and the Pillow Box Punch Board. These are so versatile and perfect for small gifts during this holiday season!
I made the Candy Box with some patterned paper and decorated it with a tag made with cardstock and my Corner Chomper, an acetate tag, a personalized letter made with my Mini Alphabet Punch Board, some ribbon cut (and sealed! ) with my Ribbon Cutter, some confetti and a piece of cardstock from the Typecast Collection.
For my Pillow Box I used a piece of Bazzill’s marbled cardstock and decorated it with a starburst from the Oh Goodie collection, confetti, a tag written with my Typecast Typewriter, a piece of acetate from the Clearly Posh collection, twine and a bow from the Wildflower line.
You can use these boxes for any small gift, I wanted to give a sweet Christmas decoration so I made a garland with chocolates, twine, punched circles and liquid glue. If you want to make this garland make sure you don’t use a hot glue gun because some chocolate could melt leaving a small stain.
Put your gift, or garland in my case, add some confetti and close your boxes.
The Mini Alphabet Punch Board is perfect for personalized gifts tags!
I hope you enjoyed this idea and that you can use our Punch Boards to make small Christmas Wraps. Do you have a favorite Christmas color combo?
Have a great day!
