The Urban Chic collection has a great layered tag set and ephemera die-cuts that work perfectly to create shaker tags with the fuse tool. Since the tags are pre-cut these come together really quickly. I started with one of the tags and a photo sleeve. I used the FUSE tool to create a pocket for the tag. I added some gold sequins and seed beads to the pocket along with a gold heart from the ephemera set.

I used the FUSE tool to close up the top of the tag. The ruler helps you to get a straight line.

I added a gold eyelet to the top of the tag using the Crop-A-Dile tool.

To make the other two tags, I followed a similar process. On the “Oh, Hey!” tag, I used the FUSE tool to fuse the bottom edge of the tag in a V shape.

I filled it with gold sequins and some black cardstock confetti I made with the Confetti punch. I used one of the ephemera shapes to add a little flag on the outside of the tag.

I added a letter “L” on the bottom of the first tag to give it a little something extra using one of the Urban Chic Thickers.

Each tag received an eyelet at the top and some twine to finish it off. Shaker tags are so fun and festive. You can really fill them with whatever you want! They make any gift seem a little more special.
