What is your return policy?

We take great pride in the products we offer, however, we understand there may be an occasional need to return an item. We try to make this process simple, requiring just a few steps. Contact our customer service department by email at info@americancrafts.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number. The RMA number is required.

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date only.

We only return items in the same condition they were received. Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided.

Please ship returns with tracking information as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Orders and Shipment

How soon will my order ship?

Our shipping times vary, depending on the contents of your order. However, we strive to get your items to you in a prompt manner. Most items ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) of your order receipt. Please allow a longer time frame for pre-orders or back stocked orders.

What are the shipping term times?

Standard US delivery 3-7 business days.

Can I get an update on my order status?

As our shipping times vary we truly appreciate your patience. You will receive a tracking number as soon as one is provided by our fulfillment teams.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship to the United States.
