Hello We R Fans! Soraya here today to share 3 ways to use the new USB Cordless Marker Airbrush in your planner to create a fun and Christmas-y atmosphere!
Idea 1 : add templates
Thanks to the stencil in the kit (or any stencil you already have) you can add more templates and tabs to your spread so easily! First of all, you need to cover around the other shapes on the template with papers to avoid ink splashes. Once everything is in place, you can insert the marker of your choice in the Airbrush and push it all the way in until it stops. Now you can spray your ink at about 15cm above the surface, slowly and regularly.
Repeat the process everywhere you need to add tabs on your spread.
Idea 2 : DIY stencil with the Word Punch Board
Did you know the the Word Punch Board could be used as a stencil? Well, if you need thin letters to fill your planner, you definitively need to try this.
I used the Word Punch Board to create the days of the week. It was so easy and effortless! Just protect your surface and planner pages before using the Airbrush and voilà.
Idea 3 : create ombré colors
Prepare the word you want to color on a scrap of cardstock. Use chipboard or foam Thickers or any other porous surface. First of all, spray the darkest color from the top of the letters to the middle. Then swap the dark marker for the lightest one and start coloring from the middle to the bottom of the letters. Peel them off carefully and you have your ombré letters!
Tip: you can keep the cardstock with the negative letters to use it later on another project.
And here is the final spread, full of colors and details. The Cordless Marker Airbrush is so easy and fun to use!
Have fun creating everyone and happy holidays Until next time:)
