Hi! Welcome to the We R blog! It’s Eva Pizarro here showing you how to make a beautiful and quick Mother’s Day gift using the Photo Lights Collection.
Ever since I had a son, my mom loves to receive pictures of her with her only grandson. The Photo Lights frame is a different approach to the classic photo frame, and I can assure you your mom is going to love it!
The first thing you need to do is print your picture on the backlit paper with an inkjet printer. You need to print it on the textured side. To figure out which one it is, I like to run my finger through the paper. If it doesn’t make a sound that’s the glossy side, if it does then that’s the textured side.
Use the Photo Lights Rub-ons to embellish your picture. In each package you get 20 different designs in 3 colors: white, black and gold.
Place your photo inside the magnetic Photo Lights Frame. The picture is protected by a sturdy acrylic sheet and you can light the frame with AA batteries or plug it using a Micro USB cable.
To embellish my gift I used the Magnolia Jane collection and my 1,2,3 Punch Board to make a large bow and a 3×4 envelope.
I wrapped my frame with a strip of paper and used these beautiful clips to hold my card in place.
I put my bow on top of my frame and closed my envelope with a clear sticker.
And this is how the frame looks once is lit! I think it is gorgeous during the day or the night, now I want to make one for myself!
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by the blog!
