Mini Evolution Summer Layout

Hello everyone, it’s Eva on the blog today sharing a quick tutorial to create a summer layout using your Mini Evolution.

The Mini Evolution is the perfect tool to have on top of your workspace. It is small and you can fit most dies in the platform! and what I love most about the Mini Evolution is the ability to cut a shape several times and repeat an element on my layout. For this particular project, I chose the Heidi Swapp Revolution Dies, the leaves were perfect for this big summer photo.

I started by cutting several strips of paper from the lovely Sunshine Blvd line with my Trim And Score.

Next, I cut 3 leaves in every color. You can also put two patterned papers together to save some time!

I placed my papers around my photo in a rainbow order and glued my photo to the base with some 3d dots.

To embellish my project, I used some stickers and some die cuts from the same collection.

Did you catch all the pretty summer icons hidden between the leaves?

What do you think? I love the texture the leaves add! And with the help of my tool, it took me less than an hour to complete my project.

I hope you like it and that you can use your Mini Evolution to create a project like this! Have a great Day!
