Hi We R fans! Soraya here for another summer project: let’s put some sunshine and colors in our planners with this new spread I made with some of my favorite tools!
Do you like sprinkles? Well, if so you will love this amazing punch that allows you to create multiple sprinkles to decorate everywhere! I decided to go with a pocket sleeve that is already in my Memory Planner and fill the 3 pockets with miscellaneous colors from cardstock leftovers.
I’ve also decorated it with words from a 12×12 paper that I cut with my detail scissors. Then I stuck them with my glue gun.
I wanted something white and fresh to contrast with the summery colors so I went with white gesso and stuck a beautiful set of leaves directly on it.
To make it more vibrant and fun I used my Confetti Punch and added lots of confetti around the leaves.
I’ve also added more gesso to the page on the right and some fun squares (2x2inches) with my Square Punch Board! Love this tool so much!
For more mixed media vibes here I made different circles using my Square Guide and a with a thin black pen. I wrote the words “play”, “this is summer” and “enjoy” to complete the circles and a few stickers for fun!
And voilà! My planner is all dressed up for summer!
I hope you had fun joining me. Have a lovely summer everyone and until next time!
Soraya.
