Holiday cards with Embossing Punches

Hello everybody ! It’s Sana Khader here today sharing couple of Holiday card ideas using the embossing punches. To create these cards, I used the Photo Corner and 2” Sequin Embossing Punches from We R Memory Keepers. If you are someone who loves using one product for different results, this is just the right post for you !

To create the first card, I grabbed a red 12×12 sheet of cardstock for the base and a few patterned papers to make the trees.

The Photo Corner Embossing Punch is mainly used to add corners to our photos. But here, I made three Christmas trees out of the cut pieces and it came out really well. All you need is to punch 9 pieces of your choice, fold and adhere them one below the other onto the base, forming a tree.

Finally, when I had all the trees placed how I liked, I used some Puffy Gold Foil Phrase and Accent Thickers from the charming Hey Santa line to finish this card.

The second card features one of my favourite tools from WRMK-the 2” Sequin punch.

Using the Very Dear paper from the Marigold collection as the base, I grabbed some co-ordinating patterned sheets in green, white and red to punch the circles out.

Once I finished punching, I adhered all the circles onto the base as shown below. Then I grabbed the ‘Hey Santa’ Puffy thickers again and adhered them above the circles, covering the holes. What’s Christmas without Santa? I placed a frame with a photo of Santa inside, towards the right and then added a title below to finish this card.

I hope you like these ideas and are inspired to create Holiday Cards with the Embossing punches! See you soon !
