Some of my favorite weddings and receptions have included an interactive element for the wedding guests, such as placing a disposable camera at each table for the guests to take photos, having guests sign the mat of a large wedding photo frame, or having guests put together a simple scrapbook for the bride and groom during the reception. Here’s a fun and easy way to let wedding guests interact leaving the newlyweds with a priceless and practical keepsake–DIY Wedding Advice Cards!
It was easy to create these cute advice cards using the large Heart Punch Die and some Captured Albums Made Easy Cards. Journaling cards are a perfect choice for these since many of them have a pattern on one side and journaling lines on the other.
Once all the guests have written their advice to the happy couple on a card (or two, or three…) you can bind them together with twine, ribbon, or a binder ring by punching holes with the Crop-A-Dile.
This little heart-shaped advice card booklet is the perfect bit of memorabilia from their special day that the bride and groom will enjoy browsing through for years to come.
Not only does it have great advice and provide a few laughs for sure, but it also contains a record of all the guests who attended the wedding in their very own handwriting–priceless!
