Create a Holiday Album with the Disc Power Punch

Hello crafty friends, it’s Lucile! Today I present to you my holiday album. This year I didn’t have time to do a December daily so I decided to create an album to add all my Christmas memories. What I love about the Disc Power Punch is that we can add as many pages as we want in our albums, it’s too practical! (Shop the Disc Power Punch at Michaels HERE.) To make my album, I used the Hey Santa collection from Crate Paper. This is my favorite collection for the holidays.

To start, I cut out two 12x12cm squares of white paper. In one of the papers I cut out a silhouette of a Christmas ball. I used my cutting machine but you can draw it and cut it with scissors.

To create the edge of my album, I cut a strip of paper from a paper from the Hey Santa collection. I chose a paper with white to remind my two squares of the cover. Then I attached my three pieces by sewing them. I used a gold thread to make a reminder with my paper. I sewed zig zag added a decorative side.

Then I decorated my cover. I took a piece of paper and stuck washi tape on it. I stuck it under my cover to create the decoration of the Christmas ball. I used 3D foams to add depth. Finally, I added the elements of the sheet of stickers from the collection.

Inside my album I added discs. I used my glue gun to adhere them to the spine. Then I added a few pages that I punched with the Power Punch Disc and put them on my discs. I used paper from the collection for my cover. I decorated it with embellishments from the collection. I will be able to add pages as and when I need them.

I hope you enjoyed this album and will make you want to create an album to preserve your Christmas memories.
I will see you very quickly for a new creation, see you soon!
