3 DIY Christmas Stocking Ideas

Hello WRMK fans! It’s me Sandra. And I’m sharing three fancy DIY stocking ideas. I used different techniques to make some bright, fun and modern stockings. I created embellishments with heat embossing, fussy-cutting and with pretty pom poms.

3 DIY stocking ideas with tools by WRMK and the Christmas Papercrafting Collection WARM WISHES by Vicki Boutin for American Crafts.

First, I created a template on white paper. I draw a stocking with a pencil. Next, I cut the stocking and transfered the stocking onto patterned papers from the Christmas Collection “Warm Wishes” by Vicki Boutin (American Crafts). And then the fun part started. I stamped stars onto white cardstock with heatembossing ink. Then I added embossing powder and used the heat gun by WRMK to heat emboss the stars.

Second, I cut a second stocking from a patterned paper with colorful dots. And then I added colorful pom poms with glue dots.

Third, I cut small stockings from patterned paper and attached them with foam pads. Next, I cut some more stockings from paper to make a fun Stocking Mini Book. I used the Mini Cinch to make the mini book.
